The Salesforce Administrator will oversee the administration, configuration, and maintenance of our Salesforce platform.
As an integral part of the IT team, this individual will work closely with different departments to comprehend their business processes and needs, ensuring the efficient utilization of Salesforce to enhance workflows and achieve operational efficiency.
This is a hybrid position in Makati City PHL available only to candidates residing in the Philippines.

Responsibilities Customize and configure Salesforce to align with the organization's requirements. Perform routine system updates, ensuring all components remain current. Manage user profiles, access, and permissions to uphold data security standards. Offer continuous support and training to Salesforce users. Address and resolve user issues through troubleshooting, collaborating with internal teams, and engaging Salesforce support as necessary. Supervise data quality and integrity within the Salesforce platform. Implement and uphold data hygiene best practices, encompassing data deduplication and cleansing. Design and implement automation processes utilizing workflows, process builder, and other tools. Develop and sustain customized reports and dashboards to offer actionable insights. Collaborate with stakeholders to comprehend reporting requirements and optimize data visualization. Work collaboratively with the IT team to oversee and maintain integrations between Salesforce and other systems. Address and resolve integration issues promptly as they arise. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience. Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator. Salesforce Administrator certification is highly desirable. Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and data model. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions. Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy and integrity. Proactive problem solver with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Successful candidate must be willing to work on a night shift to support our US operations.
