We are hiring for passionate and talented Performance Excellence Lead/Manager.
The Performance Excellence Manager / Team Lead is responsible for using analytical and quantitative methods to carry out business process improvement. He/She is responsible for analyzing performance, identifying problems, and developing proposals and recommendations. He/she is required to identify areas for improvement and perform complex operations research and analytics. He/She is also expected to coordinate closely with internal and external stakeholders to implement new processes.
Responsibilities:
? Partner with key stakeholders to assess, deep dive and solve process gaps that impacts the performance of the site
? Enhance the performance management, including process improvement, benefits, and welfare programs, providing recommendations through data & insights
? Work closely with department heads on their organizational design and change management
? Analyze and share actionable insights and trends to Operations and support groups
? Oversee management of a project through regular status reporting and stakeholder management
? Build expertise in specific business units / programs
? Work with departmental heads to establish project teams and ensure the objectives of the required improvement are identified, owned, ? documented and measured in order to allow progress reporting.
? Develop alternatives to enhance operational policies, standards and procedures
? Propose business process improvements through workflow analysis methods to support system development throughout project life cycle
Qualifications:
? Should have at least 3 years' experience as Project Management / People operations on a BPO set up
? Demonstrated quantitative skills with the highest degree of precision
? Excellent communication skills, including extensive experience meeting and presenting to key stakeholders
? Experience in business and data analysis is an advantage
? Lean/Six Sigma certification is preferred but not required
? Humility, flexibility, good interpersonal skills and the ability to lead difficult conversations is a must
? Proven experience of working successfully in a collaborative team environment across different cultures, operating with and influencing others to achieve a common objective
? Ability to network, collaborate and lead work with involvement from Operations management and customer leadership teams of various functions
? Must be willing to work on shifting schedules at Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City
