1. Interventional Nurse/ Medical Technologist · Demonstrates the ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team.

· Demonstrates effective communication skills including the ability to present information in a clear and concise manner.

· Demonstrates flexibility as and when required.

· Provides direct care to assigned patients.

2. Interview Nurse/ Medical Technologist · Takes medical history, summarizes data and states nursing diagnoses or patient care needs.

· Observes and records signs, symptoms, and behavior including physiological and mental status of patients, presents the assessment of changes, the proposed revision of interventions and desired outcomes.

· Demonstrates the ability to assess patients understanding and compliance with instructions and health care teachings.

· Explains the procedure well using common language and executes physicians' orders if warranted or effectively communicates this to the member of the multidisciplinary team as well as provides reassurance to patients, especially in pediatrics.

· Obtains and interprets laboratory data, pathology reports when available, review of preparations and medication, pertinent vital signs including capillary blood glucose monitoring.

· Discusses with patients and relatives the potential side effects of the contrast media or the radioactive pharmaceutical and what must be done after the procedure.

· Assesses patients' tolerability of the procedure and must obtain secured consent on behalf of the medical team.

3. Injection Nurse / Medical Technologist · Obtains/insert and removes IV punctures at different parts of the body observing the optimum level and quality of care.

· Independently performs duties and assumes responsibility for care of the patients.

· Monitors patients for any adverse reactions and ensures that the tubing, bandage, and needle stay in place for the entire duration of the procedure.

· Reassesses and documents interventions and desired outcomes.

· Facilitates the administration of the radioactive tracer through a patent IV line, PORT-A-Cath, or central line, in accordance with the standards set by the PNRI practicing the ALARA radiation safety principle and documents as required.

· Monitors and ensures the safety of patients at all times.

· Assists the RTs in contrast administration.

· Performs specialist nursing procedures by assessing, planning, and delivering care packages, working closely with other members of the health care team, including but not limited to consultants/fellow Radiology, Nuclear Medicine doctors, and Anesthesiologists in sedations.

· Responsible for safe and secure storage and use of the radioactive pharmaceutical maintaining statutory records.

· Performs constancy check using BA 133 and Cs 137 on a daily basis with a dose calibrator and keeps a record thereof.

· Monitors the area including patient lounges for any sign of radioactive contamination and directly informs the RSO and ARSO.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
