Job description

**Responsibilities**:
Organized, record and maintain strict confidentiality on documents and correspondences.
Handles day-to-day administrative matters n highly professional and organized manner.
Plan and schedule meetings and ensuring agenda and minutes are correctly prepared.
Delivered confidential and high quality administrative and support service to the top management.
Coordinate and make travel arrangements / itinerary, hotel bookings etc.
Assist to schedule business appointments with clients.
To facilitate effective communication with all the heads of the departments to achieve efficiency in operations.
Handle all incoming calls and visitors for the Director.
Deep understanding of Philippines Labor Law and employment equity regulations.
Personal Management responsibilities:
Collecting all bills, maintenance and payment arrangements.
Running errand for ad-hoc task as when required.
Meal and beverage arrangement.
Work closely with the drivers for schedules and vehicles maintenance.
Qualifications:
At least 3 years working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Strong communication, interpersonal, analytical, financial modelling and problem-solving skills.
Pro-active
Confident
Meticulous attention to detail
A team player with a strong sense of responsibility and integrity
Proficient in Microsoft Offices and iOS devices.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Php25,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month

**Benefits**:

- Pay raise

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental Pay:

- 13th month salary
- Overtime pay
