The Personal Loans Product Manager is responsible for the end-to-end product development and management of the Personal Loans product of the Consumer Business Sector. This includes overseeing the process of ideation to launch of new products/programs, product enhancements, and process improvements in close collaboration with cross-functional teams and subject matter experts.
Specific Duties & Responsibilities Design of new products, research on customer and market insights, assessment of product marketability and competitiveness, and conduct product trainings and cascades. Plan and roll-out more efficient system interfaces, procedures, and processes to enable a more seamless customer experience and address customer pain points. Continuously monitor the product performance after launch and craft programs and strategies to increase uptake and drive usage. Advocate timely and effective resolution of product-related customer concerns with the end of further improving the overall customer experience. Has a working knowledge and understanding on resource allocation, program management and budget management to meet pre-defined objectives. Ensure product compliance to internal and external policies and regulations e.g. BSP circulars, AMLC policies. Work with the various business units and cross-functional groups in implementing the group's strategies and initiatives. Support the business unit in attaining the financial goals and operational KPI's. Specific Preferably with background on business, finance, or marketing With experience in product development and management Familiarity with banking/financial/loan-related products is a plus Strong attention to detail and accuracy Excellent verbal and written communication skills Can work with minimal supervision Team player and must able to multitask to meet deadlines With innovative mindset Strong critical thinking skills Proficient in Microsoft office applications, especially Word, Excel, and Powerpoint. #J-18808-Ljbffr
