**Job Description:**
Philippine Airlines is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Personal Assistant to support our executive team from the comfort of your home. **Responsibilities:**
- **Administrative Support:** Provide comprehensive administrative support to the assigned executive(s), including managing calendars, coordinating appointments, and scheduling meetings. Ensure all necessary preparation for meetings, including agendas and materials, is completed in advance.
- **Travel Coordination:** Arrange complex travel itineraries for executives, including flights, accommodations, and transportation, ensuring a seamless travel experience. Manage and reconcile travel expenses to stay within budget.
- **Communication Liaison:** Serve as the primary point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders. Draft, review, and manage correspondence, maintaining a professional tone that reflects the company's values.
- **Research & Data Management:** Conduct research on various topics as requested by executives, compiling relevant information and presenting it in a clear and concise manner. Maintain organized files and documentation, both physical and digital.
- **Project Assistance:** Assist executives in various projects by tracking deadlines, managing deliverables, and ensuring that objectives are met. Collaborate with other team members as necessary to support project initiatives.
- **Event Planning:** Coordinate and assist with the planning of company events, meetings, and conferences, ensuring all logistics are handled (venue booking, catering, AV requirements, etc.).
- **Problem-Solving:** Address inquiries and resolve issues or roadblocks as they arise, demonstrating resourcefulness and initiative in finding solutions.
- **Confidentiality:** Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.
**Requirements:**
- **Education:** A high school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business Administration or a related field will be an advantage.
- **Experience:** A minimum of 4 years of experience as a personal assistant, executive assistant, or similar role, preferably within the airline or hospitality industry.
- **Personality Traits:** The ideal candidate should be driven, resourceful, and possess a positive attitude. You thrive in dynamic environments and are motivated to achieve excellence.
- **Soft Skills:**
- Strong negotiation skills to manage travel arrangements and vendors effectively.
- High emotional intelligence, allowing you to engage positively with diverse individuals and manage conflicts diplomatically.
- **Technical Skills:** Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiar with project management tools and video conferencing platforms (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams).
- **Communication Skills:** Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on clarity and professionalism.
- **Time Management:** Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a proven track record of meeting deadlines and working under pressure.
- **Remote Work Capability:** Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment, with a reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
