Position Summary: The hiring client is seeking a versatile and detail-oriented Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support in both personal and property-related matters. This role combines administrative excellence with project management, focusing on property development, family affairs, and investment management. Key Responsibilities Property Development and ManagementAssist in coordinating property development projects, including liaising with brokers to identify development sites and secure financing.Manage documentation and paperwork related to property acquisitions, renovations, and improvements.Schedule and oversee property renovations and maintenance in collaboration with contractors and service providers. Family Affairs Management Handle personal administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments, arranging travel, and managing calendars.Coordinate care arrangements for parents and children as needed, ensuring schedules are optimized and responsibilities are handled efficiently.Manage family healthcare needs, including scheduling medical appointments, coordinating follow-ups, and maintaining health records.Oversee grocery and other household shopping, ensuring all family needs are met in a timely manner. Administrative and Project Support Organize and maintain files for personal and property-related matters, ensuring documentation is accurate and accessible.Act as the point of contact between the executive, brokers, contractors, and other external stakeholders.Collaborate on special projects, conducting research, managing budgets, and providing updates on progress.Monitor and organize emails, responding to inquiries and managing communication flow efficiently.Anticipate and address administrative and operational needs proactively. Qualifications Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.Project management experience in property development, real estate, or construction is highly desirable.Familiarity with property maintenance and construction processes is a plus.Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, with strong attention to detail.Ability to work independently, make decisions autonomously, and solve problems effectively.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with diverse stakeholders.Proficiency in managing schedules, coordinating multiple tasks, and using digital tools such as MS Office and project management software. Preferred A background in real estate, property management, or investments.Experience working with legal and governmental entities.
