Position Title: • PERSONAL ASSISTANT Job Requirements: The candidate must possess a degree in Accounting, Business, Psychology, and or another related courseWork experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or similar role is an advantage but not requiredExcellent in different computer applicationsOutstanding organizational and time management skillsFamiliarity with office gadgets and applications (e.g. e-calendars and copy machines)Excellent verbal and written communications skillsDiscretion and confidentialityProject & Time Management skillsExperience in accounting is an advantage but not requiredFresh Graduate are welcome to apply. Job Summary:
• Personal Assistant task is to perform a variety of administrative tasks and support company's top executives.

Personal Assistant's responsibilities include managing calendars, making travel arrangements and preparing expense reports. He/She must be well-organized, have great time management skills and be able to act without guidance.

Ultimately, He/She will contribute to the efficiency of the business by providing personalized and timely support to the top executives.
Job Duties and Responsibilities: Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external partnersManage information flow in a timely and accurate mannerManage executives' calendars and set up meetingsMake travel and accommodation arrangementsRack daily expenses and prepare weekly, monthly or quarterly reportsOversee the performance of other clerical staffFormat information for internal & external communication like memos, emails, presentations, reportsTake minutes during meetingsScreen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondenceOrganize and maintain the office filing system Benefits: Government Mandated BenefitsAllowance up to 3,000 Per Month (Upon Regularization)Medical AllowanceClothing AllowanceAnnual Medical & Health Check-upComprehensive Retirement PackageOvertime Pay13th Month PayPerformance Bonus Job Types: Full-TimePermanent Salary:
