Permitting & Regulatory Manager

Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of regulatory requirements impacting the company's operations;
Ensure all activities comply with applicable laws and regulations.
Manage end-to-end permitting process, including the preparation, submission, and tracking of permit applications.
Build and maintain positive relationships with regulatory agencies, local authorities, and other relevant stakeholders.
Provide guidance to internal team on regulatory matters to minimize compliance-related risk.
Prepare regular reports on the status, compliance, and regulatory activities for President & COO.
