· Transacting to Bureau of Internal Revenue
· Process Tax Clearances
· 0605 Payment and Certification
· Prepare and Register Book of Account
· Process POS Permit
· Process ATP( For Manual Ticket)
· Process New Business Application for TIN (Corporation)
· Process Mayor's Permit
· Process Sanitary Permit
· Process CENRO Clearance (City Environment Natural Resources Office)
· Process Bureau of Fire Protection Clearance
· Process Fire Safety Inspection Certificate(FSIC)
· Process Traffic and Parking Bureau Clearance
· Process Building and Electrical Requirements
· Follow up Lease of Contracts thru proper channel or Department
· Process Tax Order Payment or Statement of account
· Process Change of Name and Change Address
· Process retirement of Business Permit
· Safekeeping of soft and hard copy of Business Permits
· Request and Preparation of documents for Cash Advance and Payment.
· Site visit for monitoring of Local Government compliances.
· Update work status to immediate Department Head.
· Claiming of Processed Renewed Permits and Licenses
· Filing of documents
· Prepare Internal and External correspondence(i.e letters and request)
· Prepare request for Purchased Order of Parking compliance(i.e Fire Extinguisher/Lighted signs)
QUALIFICATION
-Bachelors Degree holder preferably Business Studies/Administration/Management or any business
-related courses
-With at least 2-5 years extensive retail industry experience is required in this position
-Preferably Supervisor/2 yrs up experienced employee.
