Responsible for New Business Permits and Renewal of Permits:Process Barangay Business ClearanceProcess and Transacting to Business Permits and License OfficeTransacting to City Treasurer's OfficeTransacting to City Administrator's OfficeTransacting to Office of the Senior Citizen Office (OSCA)Transacting to City Council Office (Issuance of City Ordinance)Transacting to Bureau of Internal RevenueProcess Tax Clearances0605 Payment and CertificationPrepare and Register Book of AccountProcess POS PermitProcess ATP( For Manual Ticket)Process New Business Application for TIN (Corporation)Process Mayor's PermitProcess Sanitary PermitProcess CENRO Clearance (City Environment Natural Resources Office)Process Bureau of Fire Protection ClearanceProcess Fire Safety Inspection Certificate(FSIC)Process Traffic and Parking Bureau ClearanceProcess Building and Electrical RequirementsFollow up Lease of Contracts thru proper channel or DepartmentProcess Tax Order Payment or Statement of accountProcess Change of Name and Change AddressProcess retirement of Business PermitSafekeeping of soft and hard copy of Business PermitsRequest and Preparation of documents for Cash Advance and Payment.Site visit for monitoring of Local Government compliances.Update work status to immediate Department Head.Claiming of Processed Renewed Permits and LicensesFiling of documentsPrepare Internal and External correspondence(i.e letters and request)Prepare request for Purchased Order of Parking compliance(i.e Fire Extinguisher/Lighted signs) QUALIFICATION Bachelors Degree holder preferably Business Studies/Administration/Management or any businessrelated coursesWith at least 2-5 years extensive retail industry experience is required in this positionPreferably Supervisor/2 yrs up experienced employee.
