**Key Responsibilities**
**Strategic Work**
- Assist in finding high-quality and relevant websites that will be contacted during outreach
- Utilise prospecting skills to ensure that logistics, timelines, and other tasks are completed promptly
- Execute the department's prospecting activities by using different SEO tools and by collecting extensive data per campaign that you will be trained on.
- Prospects, analyses, and identifies relevant opportunities from a massive database using the company's quality guidelines
- Work closely and effectively with internal and other external teams to keep them informed of each task's progress, upcoming deadlines, risks, and opportunities
- Review and monitor live links and other outreach results
- Provide suggestions on parts of the process that have become obsolete and suggest new and better ways to achieve our objectives so that our systems evolve with the changes in the industry
**Tactical Work**
- Liaise with other departments to complete the work assigned
- Create and maintain comprehensive and organised project documentation, plans, and relevant reports, including meeting action items, spreadsheets, diagrams, manuals, process maps, etc.
- Create and manage Google Drive spreadsheets and reports if needed
- Ensure standards and requirements are met by conducting quality assurance checks
- Help the department in creating and updating template-based tasks whenever applicable
- Prioritise conflicting needs and handle important matters urgently and proactively
- Conduct data analysis, research, and carry out other prospecting activities
- Assist in the day to day administrative tasks of the department as required
- Mentor or coach other team members or coordinators as may be assigned and provide feedback on performance
**Other Duties**
- Achieve relevant objectives/KPI's as outlined by the direct Manager
- To work within and promote all QuantumLinx's policies, procedures, and corporate values
- To be aware of our policies, practices, and procedures and actively participate in the ongoing development and enhancement of these important areas of our business
- Undertaking project work or reasonable duties as requested by the direct manager
- Handle other assigned tasks and other queries on behalf of teammates who are on leave according to the company's standards
**Standards Required**
- Report progress or status of the tasks and projects to the manager on a daily basis
- Complete all tasks to a high standard, and exhaust all reliable and important information before suggesting solutions for problems assigned
- Ensure all assigned tasks are completed on time

- Ensure that all work is done with extremely high attention to detail, allowing for as few mistakes as possible
**Required Skills**:
- Ability to quickly comprehend the nature of different businesses, niches, or industries

- Competent at formatting, proofreading, and editing professional documents to be sent to internal/ external clients.

**Required Work Experience/Knowledge**
- Working knowledge in Google Drive, MS Excel, MS Word, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint
- Business Acumen
- Ability to manage multiple projects and commitments and employ structured time-management and prospecting methods
- The following are not required but an advantage:
- At least one-year administrative experience
- Experience with Lead Generation/Prospecting tasks (e.g., research of websites, data collection, report generation)
- Knowledge of American and Australian culture
- Previous experience with Prospecting and Lead Generation tools is a plus.
