Job Description/Responsibilities:
1. Develop parsers and web applications based on Perl programming standards.
2. Provide support, setup, testing and debugging of manufacturing issues to ensure optimal performance.
3. Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to enhance code quality.
4. Create SVN tag for production release from regression testing to reviewing of test results.
5. Follow team mandated SDLC process from requirements gathering to deployment.
6. Work closely with cross-functional team worldwide to understand project requirements and deliver effective solutions.Educational Background and Experience:
• Graduate of bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.
• At least one year hands-on programming experience in Perl and Oracle/MongoDB.
• Experience working in a Semiconductor wafersort technology is an advantage but not required.


Key Qualifications:
• Proficient in Perl scripting, Linux and database management software like Oracle/MongoDB.
• Familiarity with agile software development methodologies and version control systems like Subversion (SVN).
• Knowledge of Project Management concepts/software (Jira) and ability to multi-task and deal with shifting priorities.
• Experience in all phases of the software development life cycle, including analysis, design, unit test, system test, deployment, and production support.
• Excellent communication skills, work ethic and the ability to work well individually as well as in a team environment.
• Good analytical skills, creativity in problem solving, and attention to detail.
• Experience with ETL processes and data transformation techniques.
