As they expand their presence, we're seeking a Performance Marketing Specialist to assist their Marketing Lead in executing and optimizing digital marketing strategies. This role is ideal for someone passionate about e-commerce, with a knack for data-driven decision-making and hands-on experience in managing digital ad campaigns. Part time: 20 hours per week100% remote job / independent contractorWorking hours: Manila Time (GMT+8)Monthly starting salary: $500 (negotiable based on experience)Responsibilities: Run, monitor, analyze, and optimize paid ads across Meta, Google, TikTok, and other platforms.Track and analyze website traffic, identifying opportunities for optimization and growth.Collaborate with the Marketing Lead to execute performance marketing strategies aligned with brand goals.Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting to improve performance.Optimize ad spend and performance to maximize ROI across multiple channels.Analyze data from campaigns and website traffic, creating reports that inform future strategies.Monitor and adjust campaigns based on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversions, cost per acquisition (CPA), and return on ad spend (ROAS).Required Skills: Proven experience (at least 3 years) in managing digital ad campaigns (Meta, Google, TikTok), preferably for e-commerce brands.Strong understanding of Shopify and integrating ads with e-commerce platforms.Expertise in performance marketing and paid advertising, with a focus on optimization.Analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data and adjust strategies based on insights.Experience with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and ad performance reporting.Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and TikTok Ads Manager.Ability to work independently in a remote environment, with strong communication skills.What We're Looking For We're looking for a detail-oriented performance marketer who thrives in a data-driven environment.
