Performance Marketing Specialist (Pasig Php35-Php40K)

Overview:
As a Performance Marketing Specialist, you will plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing
campaigns to drive measurable results and achieve business objectives. You will leverage various digital
channels such as search engines, social media platforms, display advertising, and email marketing to
increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive conversions. Your role will involve analyzing
campaign performance data, implementing A/B testing strategies, and optimizing campaigns to maximize
return on investment (ROI).

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.Proven experience in digital marketing, focusing on performance marketing and campaign
management.
Proficiency in digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.Experience with A/B testing methodologies and optimization techniques.Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-
functional teams.
Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality results and continuous improvement.Certifications in digital marketing platforms/tools (e.g., Google Ads certification) are a plus.This is a work-on-site (work at the office)
