Performance Marketing Specialist

Details of the offer

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience in digital marketing, focusing on performance marketing and campaign management.
Proficiency in digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
Experience with A/B testing methodologies and optimization techniques.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality results and continuous improvement.
Certifications in digital marketing platforms/tools (e.g., Google Ads certification) are a plus.
This is a work-on-site (work at the office)



SALARY RANGE:
35k - 40k
