Description LOOKING FOR FILIPINOS AND PHILIPPINE-BASED CANDIDATES Position: Performance Marketing Manager Salary Range: $900-1,500/month Working Hours: M-F, 8:30 AM-5:30 PM in Central Time Key Duties And Responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive digital advertising strategies across Google Ads platforms including Search, Display, Demand Generation, and YouTube. Conduct keyword research, ad copy creation, and campaign optimization to maximize ROI and achieve performance goals. Manage advertising budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation across campaigns and channels. Collaborate with internal teams to develop creative assets and landing pages optimized for conversion. Continuously test new ideas, ad formats, and targeting strategies to improve campaign performance and drive innovation. Monitor campaign performance closely, analyzing key metrics and providing actionable insights to optimize performance and achieve daily KPIs. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and platform updates to ensure campaigns are leveraging the latest features and opportunities. Work closely with external partners and vendors to execute campaigns effectively and efficiently. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field. 3-5+ years of experience managing Google Performance Marketing campaigns across Google Search, Display, Meta and YouTube. Proficiency in Google Ads platform including campaign setup, optimization, and reporting. Experience with Demand Generation a plus. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights. Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Proven track record of driving results and achieving performance goals in digital advertising campaigns. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Experience advertising for healthcare-related campaigns is preferred
