Primarily responsible for the overall coordination of the performance management process at all levels of the assigned company in partnership with HRD, Corporate Planning and People and Organization Development in accordance with the Autohub Performance Management System Manual PMS Implementing Guidelines to support the attainment of the Autohub Vision & Mission and the Company's Performance Targets.
