Performance Excellence Team Lead

The Performance Management Lead is responsible for using analytical and quantitative methods to carry out business process improvement. He/she is responsible for analyzing performance, identifying problems, and developing proposals and recommendations. He/she is required to identify areas for improvement and perform complex operations research and analytics. He/She is also expected to coordinate closely with internal and external stakeholders to implement new processes.
Roles & Responsibilities Partner with key stakeholders to assess, deep dive and solve process gaps that impact the performance of the site.Enhance the performance management, including process improvement, benefits, and welfare programs, providing recommendations through data & insights.Work closely with department heads on their organizational design and change management.Analyze and share actionable insights and trends to Operations and support groups.Oversee management of a project through regular status reporting and stakeholder management.Build expertise in specific business units/programs.Work with departmental heads to establish project teams and ensure the objectives of the required improvement are identified, owned, documented, and measured in order to allow progress reporting.Develop alternatives to enhance operational policies, standards, and procedures.Propose business process improvements through workflow analysis methods to support system development throughout the project life cycle.Competencies For The Job Demonstrated quantitative skills with the highest degree of precision.Excellent communication skills, including extensive experience meeting and presenting to key stakeholders.Experience in business and data analysis is an advantage.Interested?
