We are hiring for passionate and talented Performance Excellence Lead/Manager.

The Performance Excellence Manager / Team Lead is responsible for using analytical and quantitative methods to carry out business process improvement. He/She is responsible for analyzing performance, identifying problems, and developing proposals and recommendations. He/she is required to identify areas for improvement and perform complex operations research and analytics. He/She is also expected to coordinate closely with internal and external stakeholders to implement new processes.

Responsibilities: Partner with key stakeholders to assess, deep dive and solve process gaps that impacts the performance of the siteEnhance the performance management, including process improvement, benefits, and welfare programs, providing recommendations through data & insightsWork closely with department heads on their organizational design and change managementAnalyze and share actionable insights and trends to Operations and support groupsOversee management of a project through regular status reporting and stakeholder managementBuild expertise in specific business units / programsWork with departmental heads to establish project teams and ensure the objectives of the required improvement are identified, owned, documented and measured in order to allow progress reporting.Develop alternatives to enhance operational policies, standards and proceduresPropose business process improvements through workflow analysis methods to support system development throughout project life cycle Qualifications: Should have at least 3 years' experience as Project Management / People operations on a BPO set upDemonstrated quantitative skills with the highest degree of precisionExcellent communication skills, including extensive experience meeting and presenting to key stakeholdersExperience in business and data analysis is an advantageLean/Six Sigma certification is preferred but not requiredHumility, flexibility, good interpersonal skills and the ability to lead difficult conversations is a mustProven experience of working successfully in a collaborative team environment across different cultures, operating with and influencing others to achieve a common objectiveAbility to network, collaborate and lead work with involvement from Operations management and customer leadership teams of various functionsMust be willing to work on shifting schedules at Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City Other info: Application Process: 1 Day hiring (Onsite process)Work setup: Onsite (BGC, Taguig)Schedule: Night/ShiftingSalary Range: Your current and expected salary as well as your interview with the hiring managers will be considered for the offerWant to be an iOPEXian?
