Position Overview

The People Support Intern with the People Support Associate, this position will expose the intern to a role related to finance doing the cost analysis of the department's expenses to assess and maintain cost-efficient operations. In addition, the intern will also be exposed to the other Office Admin tasks and functions to support the overall needs of the company in the administrative side.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

Cost Analysis
- Conducts market research for best practices
- Conducts audits on financial processes and transactions
- Prepares detailed reports, both periodically and ad-hoc on cost monitoring
- Helps management in make important decisions based on costs and benefits
Forecasts and analyzes costs of processes
Suggests cost-reducing or profitable solutions

Administrative Tasks
- Assists in Handling office tasks: filing, generating, reports and presentations, setting-up for meetings
- Documents minutes of the meeting and generates a report from the summary
- Monitors and updates trackers
- Responsible for procurement of any office administration needs
- Conducts research for potential vendors and suppliers and builds a strong vendor relationship with them
- Assists in office space leads or second location matter

Additional Duties:
- Assists in lead generation projects for possible vendors and suppliers for the Company
- Generates other reports as requested by the VP People Management
- Performs other tasks as instructed by the VP People Management
- Accomplishes other tasks as may be assigned by the immediate supervisor/manager
