In this role, you'll be the go-to problem solver for employee inquiries, helping to create a smooth and seamless experience for everyone. You'll master the ClickUp platform—our powerhouse for ticketing and task management—and collaborate with awesome teammates from across the company. Whether it's perfecting data in Workday or assisting with onboarding and offboarding, you'll be making a real impact every day.
Key Responsibilities Employee Support & Ticket Management: Triage and respond to employee tickets with a focus on timely, high-quality service. Address day-to-day employee questions related to payroll, benefits, and Leave of Absence policies/procedures as a Tier 1 resource. Onboarding & Offboarding Processes: Manage onboarding tasks post-verbal offers, including background checks, I-9 verifications, and auditing offer letter details. Process offboarding items, ensuring smooth transitions and compliance post-termination. HRIS Administration & Data Integrity: Perform audits of Workday transactions to ensure data integrity and compliance. Create and maintain reference documentation to support consistent data accuracy across systems and reporting. Process employee job changes in Workday and manage associated documentation. Data Compliance & Reporting: Adhere to best practices in data compliance and ensure the secure handling of sensitive employee information. Assist with generating ad-hoc reports and analysis using Workday. Project & Task Management: Collaborate with the People Operations and System team to deliver seamless employee support. Contribute to process improvements and propose solutions to operational challenges. Participate in regular team meetings during Pacific Standard Time working hours. Qualifications Experience: 2+ years or a degree in people operations or human resources, with a focus on operational excellence. Specialty in data compliance and integrity is a strong plus. Experience with HRIS systems (Workday preferred) and managing company intranet sites. Proficiency in project management tools is advantageous.
