\n What you will do:Collaborate with managers and employees to optimize performance and build high-performing teams.Contribute to the development and implementation of People initiatives that align with team and business goals.Address and resolve complex employee relations issues, including performance management, disputes, and complaints.Manage and execute employee life cycle events and experience rituals for our Philippines team to drive engagement and retention.Foster a day-to-day environment that supports our high-performing, patient-focused, and collaborative culture.Oversee and enhance the People Admin function, including onboarding, offboarding, and managing documentation throughout the employee lifecycle. Who you are: At least 5 years of relevant experience in a global high-performance or start-up/scale-up environment.You possess hands-on experience with managing the entire employee lifecycle.You have strong knowledge and experience with PH labor laws and expertise in handling complex employee relations issues.You have excellent verbal and written communication skills and thrive in ambiguous and fast-paced environments.You have experience working with an Employer of Record (EoR)You have experience managing and coaching team members.
