People Operations Associate - Wfh

Requirements:

• Have completed a Bachelor's Degree preferably in Human Resources or Psychology

• Excellent verbal and written English skills

• Minimum of 3 years experience in HR Shared Services (HR Administration or HRIS support)

• Experienced in supporting global teams

• Experienced working with HR Systems preferably Workday

• Ability to multi-task, analyze, and solve problems

• With a strong passion for customer service

• Detail-oriented, Resourceful

• Passionate about getting the job done correctly

Responsibilities:

Respond, track, and close all employee queries and transactions in a timely manner
Provide a variety of HR support including but not limited to:
HRIS data entry/ Data management
Reporting and analytics
New hire communications
Onboarding and Offboarding
Employee Profile Creation in HR Systems
Manage Employee Referrals
Identify verification (e.g. I9, passport/work eligibility documents)
