About the job People Management Associate (Disciplinary Process) Position Title: People Management Associate (Disciplinary Process)
Salary: 15,000 - 20,000 PHP a month
Reports To: Administrative Line Manager
Primary Relationships: Internal Team
Date: May 2024 Schedule: 4:00 PM - 1:00 AM (Monday to Friday) PH Time Responsibilities: Handle incident reports and create NTE and NOD
Monitor and facilitate corrective and disciplinary action
Answer employment verification via SMS, email, and phone call
Prepare and submit monthly reports for SSS and PhilHealth
Submit reports to CDC and DOLE online
Prepare recommendation letters and employee documents
Attend departmental and/or project meetings
Complete assigned tasks and perform ad-hoc duties as required
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or related field
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Strong organizational skills, time management, and attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office or related software
Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
