About the role: With our global footprint and hyper-growth, one of Snappr's top priorities is to grow our Manila operations center and understand how we can scale and strengthen our company culture through people data. As a People Data and Reporting analyst, you will be the analytical cornerstone within the People Operations team who will harness data to drive informed decision-making and enhance organizational effectiveness.
What you'll do: Use data to curate a dynamic and high-performing organization where people are happy and successful Generate reports and analyze people metrics to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement in areas such as talent acquisition, employee turnover, retention, and engagement. Enable strategies that optimize employee satisfaction, retention, and continuous professional development using data analytics practices and processes. Support recruitment and retention efforts by enhancing existing reports and dashboards for the Recruiting team, and building new ones. Collaborate with cross-functional teams within and outside the People Operations team to develop and refine people policies, procedures, and best practices. Hustle - take ownership of Snappr's growth and do whatever it takes to get the job done What you'll need: 1 to 3 years of experience in HR or related roles, focusing on data analytics and/or HRIS management. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively interact with employees at all levels of the organization through data. Strong understanding across various facets of People Operations / HR. Strong analytical skills and ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations. A "let's get it done" mindset. The ability to balance attention to detail with swift execution - we need to do things quickly, and we need to do them well. self-starter attitude - the ability to self-serve, investigate, and find ways to gather the data you need to make sound analysis and insights will make you much more effective in this role.
