Job Description - People Business Partner Leader (******** W) Kenvue is currently recruiting for:
People Business Partner Leader This role provides Business Unit HR leadership to Commercial Client Groups for Consumer (FMCG) Commercial (Philippines) organization. This position reports to the Head of Human Resources – Philippines and is based in Metro Manila.

What You Will Do The HR Leader serves as the primary HR business partner to the assigned business units/client group. He/she will be responsible for developing and leading the implementation of the HR strategy and solutions in support of both short-term and long-term business goals.
Key Responsibilities Works closely with the Head of Human Resources in creating and overseeing the implementation of HR plans and programs related to organizational design, development and change.Drives significant commercial/functional transformation agenda across a market which is pivotal to business performance and growth.Implements effective strategies to enable the organization to thrive through periods of change, e.g., acquisition, internal growth, restructuring.Partners with business leaders to grow diverse leadership, talent and technical capability pipeline.Leads key HR processes in support of talent agenda: talent review and succession planning, career management and development.Provides group and one-on-one coaching to managers and employees to support leadership development and performance management.Partners with People Operations (Shared Services) & Corporate Services (Specialists) teams to ensure flawless execution across the organization.Qualifications What We Are Looking For Bachelors / Undergraduate degree or equivalent.Postgraduate degree in a related field or MBA would be an advantage.Entrepreneurial mindset and energized by change agenda.Experience in Organizational Effectiveness, Succession Planning and Learning & Development.Strong facilitation & influencing skills; ability to form relationships at all levels in the organization.Exceptional presentation and communication skills (verbal, written and non-verbal).Ability to synthesize and translate commercial strategies into actionable plans.Experience in a matrix environment.Execution-oriented with strong analytical and project management skills.Commitment to fostering and modeling the principles of diversity and inclusion.Great personality with high integrity and work ethic.What's In It For You Paid Company Holidays, Paid Vacation, Volunteer Time & More!
