Management Support:
Oversee the onboarding process for new members and ensure a smooth transition to their respective teams, in collaboration with engineering Team Leads and Team Owners.
Provide daily performance management guidance through coaching, career development, counseling, and disciplinary actions.
Prepare, facilitate, and document endorsement, check-in, and check-out schedules for members, Team/Technical Leads, and Team Owners.
Promote and assist in managing member wellness initiatives.
Address queries regarding people-related concerns.
Coordinate with vendors and members for Learning and Development training schedules.
Organize company-sponsored events and assist in implementing Member Relations policies and guidelines.
Conduct exit interviews and provide feedback to the relevant team.
Continuously identify and implement solutions to streamline people processes.
Strategy:
Support business strategies in various areas.
Develop strategies and guidance for people management, workforce & succession planning, and talent management for key leadership roles.
Analytics:
Assist in measuring, validating, and testing the effectiveness of metrics to assess and drive productivity optimization.
Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with other People and Culture teammates to develop and enhance solutions, processes, and programs addressing current and future problems.
Relationships:
Maintain healthy relationships across the company.
Conduct regular meetings with various Team Owners and Team Leads, and build trusted relationships with department leadership.
Oversee and manage complex member-relations issues, support formal appeals and hearings, and coach relevant managers on best management practices.
Collaboration:
Collaborate with other People team members on recruitment, compensation, and other people functions to ensure effective and efficient programs.
Actively participate in People and Culture team meetings and contribute to solutions for team and business-wide challenges.
Assist Team Owners and Team Leads in understanding compensation and rewards programs, training and development programs, and proper management and communication practices.
Provide project leadership for People team initiatives.
Knowledge and Opportunity:
Maintain an in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to the day-to-day management of members, reducing legal risks, ensuring regulatory compliance, and enabling member satisfaction and retention.
Conduct research to add value to the business by presenting reactive and proactive solutions for people management.
Handle additional responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications:
Minimum Educational Attainment: University degree, preferably in Psychology, Behavioral Sciences, Communications, or relevant courses.
At least ten (10) years of relevant experience.
Excellent communicator.
Team player.
Good at prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.
Accessible, approachable, and highly adaptive.
Aware of member needs.
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Salary:
?55,000 - ?70,000 per month.
