Job Description
The People and Culture Lead will manage all employee aspects within a company including giving individual employees advice about about hour to improve their performance, onboarding new employees, facilitating open communication between employees and management and leading workshops and training.
Responsibilities
Address employee grievances and conflicts to maintain a positive work environment.
Implement employee engagement programs to boost morale and job satisfaction.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Administer payroll processing and resolve any discrepancies
Ensure that all HR practices comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
Manage data in HR information system and ensure it's up to date and accurate.
Assist in the processing of government mandated benefits and claims (SSS, HMDF, Philhealth and BIR Tax updates and TIN processing)
Make photocopies, faxes , email documents, and as well perform other clerical functions
Identify and work with the HR team to resolve various HR related issues
Assist in the administration of company's disciplinary process and observance of due process
Conduct new employee orientations and HR briefing
Assist in the interview process and facilitates scheduling of candidates with the Hiring Managers and Recruitment partners
Enter all payroll and employee information into HR database
Prepare and maintain employee files
Maintain prospective and current employee documentation
Assisting the HR team in the progression and moderation of operating policies, guidelines, and systems to encourage best practice within the company
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process Implement new hire orientation
Qualifications
Empathy and maintaining confidentiality while dealing with employee concerns.
Experience in managing a diverse workforce and understanding HR practices for multinational BPOs.
At least 2 years of relevant experience working with different facets in Human Resource
Good written and verbal communication skills
Flexible work schedule
With 2 years BPO work experience preferred
Bachelor's/ Master's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management or related field
Strong Background and experience in End-to end recruitment
Deep knowledge with recruitment dashboards, job portals, and other recruitment best practices
Proven ability to learn new tools and software quickly and independently
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a high-pressure environment.
Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills to handle workplace issues effectively.
