This position requires a deep understanding of cybersecurity principles, excellent technical skills, and the ability to communicate effectively in English Filipino or both English and Mandarin.
Responsibilities:
- Perform penetration testing on web applications, networks, and systems to identify vulnerabilities.
- Simulate cyber-attacks and assess the effectiveness of existing security measures
- Identify and analyze security weaknesses, recommending and implementing appropriate countermeasures.
- Stay informed about the latest cybersecurity threats, vulnerabilities, and technologies.
- Communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the integration of security best practices into all aspects of the development lifecycle.
- Collaborate with IT and development teams to remediate identified vulnerabilities.
- Provide security awareness training to internal teams to enhance overall cybersecurity posture.
Requirements:
- Proficient in penetration testing tools and techniques.
- Strong understanding of network protocols, operating systems, and web applications.
- Experience with both manual and automated penetration testing.
- Fluency in English or Mandarin is essential
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address security vulnerabilities effectively.
- Bachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
