Pega Developer (Mid-Senior)

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of hands-on experience in Pega Development
• Pega Certification: Certified System Architect (CSA) / Certified Senior System Architect
(CSSA) – preferred but not mandatory
• Experience with designing and implementing Pega Case Types
• Knowledge of Pega integration techniques
• Fluent in English speaking and writing and a good communicator in general.
• Experienced in Agile / Scrum / DevOps projects.
• Have great analytical skills and have a conceptual/architectural understanding.
• Experienced working in a complex, regulated environment such as a large financial
institution
