Payroll Staff

Processes bank deposits, invoicing, payroll, and bank account set using QuickBooks
- Reconciles financial statements;
- Prepares, sends, and stores invoices;
- Contacts clients and sends reminders to ensure timely payments;
- Bank Reconciliation
- Identifies and addresses payroll discrepancies;
- Reports on the status of accounts payable and receivable;
- Supplier, Vendor and Asset management;
- Preparation of project offer contracts, setting up admin tools and credentials;
- Curation of Employee Engagement Programs and Monthly Team Activities;
- Updates internal accounting databases and spreadsheets;
- Worksnaps Activity Audit of Internal and Client Engaged Employees;
- Collates Monthly expenses and Submit to Chief Finance Officer
- Assist in Onboarding Meetings with Service Delivery Manager and Human Resource Officer
- Coordinates with external accounting firm regarding business permit and monthly/quarterly/annually report
- Create scheduled reports for Management
- Performed accounts payable functions for purchases and operational expenses
- Managed financial departments with responsibility for Budgets and Payroll
- Administered Invoices and Receivables
- Coordinate with third party accountant for periodic submission of tax requirements
- Does other Sales/Accounts admin tasks
