Payroll Specialist (Wfh)

Job Description

This role is Office Flex 0 - permanent Work from Home and includes Fiber Internet, Backup Internet, UPS, PC/Laptop.
Gather information on hours worked for each employee
Receive approval from upper management for payments when needed
Administer statements of payment to personnel either electronically or on paper
Keep track of hour rates, wages, compensation benefit rates, new hire information etc.
Address issues and questions regarding payroll from employees and superiors
Prepare reports for upper management, finance department etc.
Qualifications And Requirements

Proven experience as payroll specialist
Advanced MS Office skills (Excel)
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail are a must
Trustworthy with attention to confidentiality
Outstanding organizational ability with great attention to detail
Someone that can come onboard as soon as possible.
