Job Duties and Responsibilities: Data gathering and validation of timesheets. Perform end to end payroll processing (timekeeping, payroll registry, payout) Processing of Final Pay computation and BIR Form 2316. Maintain and update payroll records, including employee information, salary changes and deduction. Data entry and validation in administrative and payroll systems and software. Ensuring accurate and correct salaries, benefits, tax deductions, commissions, and other expenses. Keeping detailed records of all payroll-related paperwork and transactions. Ensure compliance with different government agencies like SSS, PHIC, HDMF and BIR. Address payroll related inquiries, disputes and resolve any issues or discrepancies. Responsible in processing other employees pay (leave conversion, bonuses, severance, salary adjustments etc.) Responsible for entering accounting entries into the accounting software and other programs. Conduct payroll and account balance reconciliations with the General Accountant Prepares reports for accounting and auditing needs. Prepares recurring payroll reports for management review. Conduct regular audit to ensure compliance Check and compute SSS Maternity and SSS Sickness applications. Propose payroll process improvements. Ensure all timelines are met Perform year end tasks, such as Alphalist, annual 2316 and tax reporting. Other related tasks that might be given from time to time. Job Required Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Financial Management, Finance, Business, or a related field. With at least 5 years' experience working in end to end Payroll Excel proficient is at intermediate to advanced level Working knowledge of accounting and payroll entries and applications. Detail-oriented and high numerical aptitude. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality regarding financial matter Working grasp of standard payroll procedures and accounting principles.
