Position: Global Payroll Senior Manager
Company Industry: BPO Company
Work Location: Taguig
Work Schedule: Weekends Off/ Dayshift
Salary: Negotiable depending on years of working experience
Work Set Up: Hybrid

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
*Bachelors Degree holder
*Has at least 6 years of working experience in a leadership role
*Has experience working in a Global Payroll field.
*Has experience handling multiple countries.
*Can start as soon as possible is an advantage

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
*Overseeing the implementation of global payroll across both internal and external countries.
*Oversee a team of about people and be in charge of overall payroll service delivery and compliance.
*Managing external vendor relationships, gross to net, and pre-payroll will be part of the role.
*Worked hands on SAP and Workday System in Payroll processing.
*Other task as assigned.
