**JOB DESCRIPTION**
- Performs timekeeping and resolving attendance issues.
- Accurately and efficiently computes the salaries of employees either through the system or through manual computation.
- Prepares the payroll reports of clients for checking and validation.
- Prepares payslips of employees and disseminates accordingly.
- Ensure that all documents and information processed are kept with a high level of confidentiality and accuracy.
- Updates employee details in the payroll system regarding loans, leaves, tax, status, and other information in the HRIS.
- Processes final pay of resigned employees.
- Prepares annualization and year-end reports required by the government.
- Answers clients' queries when needed.
- Attend offsite/onsite business review meetings, if needed.

**Salary**: Php18,000.00 - Php21,000.00 per month
