Job Description and Qualification:
Responsibilities
Responsible for the end to end payroll processing across the APAC region including year-end.
Maintaining payroll information by collecting and entering/uploading data and updating payroll records.
Updating payroll records by entering changes in components (e.g. but not limited exemptions, insurance coverage, savings deductions, and job titles and department/division transfers)
Preparing/extracting payroll reports by compiling summaries of earnings, taxes, deductions, leave, disability, and nontaxable wages
Determining payroll liabilities by calculating employee federal and state income and social security taxes and other statutory payments as required
Maintaining employee data and payroll records and protecting employee records by keeping information confidential.
Qualifications
preferably with Accounting or Psychology course
1 – 2 years of experience of full end to end payroll processing experience across Oceania and ASEAN (Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Philippines, Thailand, Vietnam)
Previous payroll experience in high volume, full function payroll
Strong communications skills, written and verbal
Experience using large ERP system will be advantageous but not essential
