Payroll Officer (Makati)

Responsibilities:
? Obtain understanding of client payroll rules and policies during implementation
? Calibrate with the client on how each rule and policy is to be applied using historical payroll
calculation by the client. Highlight any discrepancies in historical calculation to the client
? Confirm the client rules can be deployed in the software. Highlight any customization
request by the client
? Cross check automated payroll with excel calculations
Requirements Must Have:
? 2 year experience in calculating payroll for multiple clients including basic salary, complex
rules for overtime, undertime and absences
? Government mandatory contributions and deductions (SSS, PHIC, HDMF and Tax), 13th
month and Tax Annualization computation
? All reports and forms for compliance with all regulatory bodies, journal and ledger entries
? Advanced MS Excel Skills
? Excellent comprehension and communication (verbal and written) skills
? Ability to multi task and prioritize
? Knowledge on updated DOLE rules
