Payroll Officer

Job Opening: Position/Job Title: PAYROLL OFFICER
Work Location: MAKATI

Responsibilities:
• Obtain understanding of client payroll rules and policies during implementation.
• Calibrate with the client on how each rule and policy is to be applied using historical payroll calculation by the client. Highlight any discrepancies in historical calculation to the client.
• Confirm the client rules can be deployed in the software. Highlight any customization request by the client.
• Cross check automated payroll with excel calculations.

Requirements Must Have:
• 2 year experience in calculating payroll for multiple clients including basic salary, complex rules for overtime, undertime and absences.
• Government mandatory contributions and deductions (SSS, PHIC, HDMF and Tax), 13th month and Tax Annualization computation.
• All reports and forms for compliance with all regulatory bodies, journal and ledger entries.
• Advanced MS Excel Skills.
• Excellent comprehension and communication (verbal and written) skills.
• Ability to multi task and prioritize.
• Knowledge on updated DOLE rules.
