Payroll Officer

Responsibilities:- Obtain understanding of client payroll rules and policies during implementation- Calibrate with the client on how each rule and policy is to be applied using historical payroll calculation by the client. Highlight any discrepancies in historical calculation to the client- Confirm the client rules can be deployed in the software. Highlight any customization request by the client- Cross check automated payroll with excel calculationsRequirements Must Have:- 2 year experience in calculating payroll for multiple clients including basic salary, complex rules for overtime, undertime and absences- Government mandatory contributions and deductions (SSS, PHIC, HDMF and Tax), 13th month and Tax Annualization computation- All reports and forms for compliance with all regulatory bodies, journal and ledger entries- Advanced MS Excel Skills- Excellent comprehension and communication (verbal and written) skills- Ability to multi task and prioritize- Knowledge on updated DOLE rulesSalary:25.000,00 ?
