Payroll Manager

PAYROLL MANAGERQUALIFICATIONS:•2 year experience in leading a team of payroll specialists calculating payroll for multiple clients including Basic salary, complex rules for overtime, undertime, absences•Government mandatory contributions and deductions (SSS, PHIC, HDMF and Tax) 13th Month and Tax Annualization computation•All reports and Forms for compliance with all regulatory bodies Journal and Ledger entries•Excellent comprehension and communication (verbal and written) skills Ability to multi task and prioritize•Excellent Advanced MS Excel skills Knowledge of updated DOLE rulesRESPONSIBILITIES:•Overall responsibility of perfect implementation of all client payroll rules Stay updated on changing DOLE rules and updating the software accordingly Excellent Comprehension and Communication Skills•Obtain client sign off on all payroll calculations and reports during implementation Motivate the team to ensure client satisfaction and Employee Satisfaction•Obtain understanding of client payroll rules and policies during implementation•Calibrate with the client on how each rule and policy is to be applied using historical payroll calculation by the client Highlight any discrepancies in historical calculation to the client•Confirm the client rules can be deployed in the software Highlight any customization request by the client Develop Excel back ups for calculationSALARY RANGE:•P40,000 - P60,000WORK LOCATION & SCHEDULE:•Makati•7:00 am - 9:00 am (Monday to Friday. W/ Saturday as alternative)
