Job Profile:Design compensation packages and bonus programs that align with the company's objectives and ensure salaries and benefits comply with the company's principles on employee performance and pay equityKeep track of prevailing pay rates and set programs to ensure we offer competitive compensation plansDetermine local and global employee benefit best practices by continuously benchmarking industry and employment trends and tracking legislationConduct Salary Analysis on incumbents and new hires as input to promotions, adjustments, and job offersPrepare regular reports for upper managementHelp the Payroll Head in developing work standardsForecast budget for salary increasesResponsible for ensuring that payroll and employee benefits are processed in a timely and accurate mannerEND- End Retirals filing as per the lawRequirement:A minimum 5 years of solid experience in a role related to the delivery of compensation and benefits, and payroll processingPractical experience with payroll systems, practices, and proceduresA high degree of computer literacy; working knowledge of HRIS and MS ExcelStrong verbal and written communication skills and a demonstrated competency to interact with people at all levels of the organizationHighly developed organizational skills are requiredAbility to maintain and manage information of a confidential or sensitive natureA demonstrated willingness to engage in professional development activities to develop and improve new and current skills and to adapt to the evolving needs of the organization
