Payroll Implementation Specialist

Job Responsibilities:

o Assist with the implementation process for new clients, including information
gathering, client setup, employee enrollment, and loading historical data into the
payroll platform.
o Provide exceptional customer service while engaging with clients throughout the
implementation/migration process.
o Manage workflow during the initial payroll cycles to ensure all transactions are
processed accurately and on time, utilizing strong multitasking skills in a fast-
paced environment.
o Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, overseeing information intake,
processing, and ongoing support.
o Maintain a high client retention rate by delivering quality service and
demonstrating excellent communication skills via phone and email.
o Continuously evaluate clients' needs to ensure they are being met effectively.
Skills and Experience:

o Assist with the implementation process for new clients, including information
gathering, client setup, employee enrollment, and loading historical data into the
payroll platform.
o A minimum of 2 years of experience in payroll implementation or payroll
processing.
o Exceptional written, oral, and presentation communication skills.
o Strong ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
o Highly organized with disciplined time management skills.
o Proficient in problem-solving and critical thinking.
o Detail-oriented and able to meet deadlines consistently.
o Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to conduct demo
presentations and effectively convey technical information.
o Proficient in IT systems relevant to payroll processing and implementation.
