Payroll Associate

- Process payroll and prints all payroll related transaction
- Arranges and checks pay slip vs receiving copy
- Prepares bank listings arranges for bank credit
- Prepares remittance list to SSS, BIR, HDMF, PHIC and other collecting agency; arrange for check preparation
- Transmits with bank and validation for payment
- Analyzes and files payroll related accounts and documents
- Process final payment
- Attends for employee queries
- Maintains payroll master file
- Analyze and files payroll related accounts and documents
- Complies with proper operating procedures of safety and health standard and requirements
- Support and implements environmental management system with respect to their job
- Adheres to Policies/Procedure, employee code of ethics and conduct, and corporate governance
- Protects intellectual property, company proprietary and confidential information
