Job Description
Responsible for the delivery of semi-monthly payroll for regular, project-based, and outsourced employees.
Establish strong professional relationship with Benefit Officer and Finance Department for payroll-related matters, such as but not limited to timekeeping, items for payroll credit and deductions, government contributions and loan payment, employee cash advances, reimbursements, commissions, and bank uploading.
Accountable for the timely preparation of relevant payroll reports similar to system generated employee master list, and government shares due for distribution to clients
Answerable to employee concerns and issues related to payroll, timekeeping, leave balances and generation of site-based payslip
In-charge of the maintenance and up-keep of HRIS (Jeonsoft), including the creation of employee access on attendance and payslip portal
Spearhead the clearance and final pay process, and address all related concerns about it
Develop strong partnership with accredited bank for the creation of new payroll ATM accounts
Coordination with Finance Department on Annualization including the preparation and reconciliation of ITR for BIR submission
Preparation of Employee Movement Form, Salary Adjustments and Promotion Letter
Participate on various salary and benefit studies
Perform other duties together with the rest of the Human Resources Department
**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's/College degree in Psychology, Human Resource, Business, Finance, Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Mathematics or related field
Familiarity with the web-based version of Jeonsoft Payroll System (HRIS) and Employee Webkiosk
Well-informed on government updates on SSS, Pag-IBIG, PhilHealth, BIR, DOLE
Solid and strong analytical skills and eye for detail
Can start ASAP
