DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Facilitates the implementation and support of HR and Payroll Software to enhance the clients' business functionality and overall performance, while maintaining a high degree of customer satisfaction.Analyze the current business processes and scenarios of the client and recommend solutions to meet the client's needs.Responsible primarily for successful implementation of the said software, providing functional expertise, guidance, presentation, and instruction on products to clients.Acts as liaison with client for troubleshooting: investigate, analyze, and solve software problems and map client business requirements, processes, and objectives. QUALIFICATIONS: Must have a degree in Human Resource Management, Information Technology, Computer Science, Accountancy, and other related fieldsBackground in HR and Payroll software is an advantageOpen for fresh graduatesWilling to be trainedAbility to analyze problems and provide clear recommendationsMust be an effective problem solverAble to collaborate with clients and have a strong desire to excelExcellent communication skills, written and verbalMust be able to work independently as well as a team player and can manage own workloadStrong organizational skillsMust be willing to do fieldwork
