DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Facilitates the implementation and support of HR and Payroll Software to enhance the clients' business functionality and overall performance, while maintaining a high degree of customer satisfaction.
* Analyze the current business processes and scenarios of the client and recommend solutions to meet the client's needs.
* Responsible primarily for successful implementation of the said software, providing functional expertise, guidance, presentation, and instruction on products to clients.
* Acts as liaison with client for troubleshooting: investigate, analyze, and solve software problems and map client business requirements, processes, and objectives.
QUALIFICATIONS:
* Must have a degree in Human Resource Management, Information Technology, Computer Science, Accountancy, and other related fields
* Background in HR and Payroll software is an advantage
* Open for fresh graduates
* Willing to be trained
* Ability to analyze problems and provide clear recommendations
* Must be an effective problem solver
* Able to collaborate with clients and have a strong desire to excel
* Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
* Must be able to work independently as well as a team player and can manage own workload
* Strong organizational skills
* Must be willing to do fieldwork
