**GoTeam** is seeking a competent Payroll Administrator who can check, process timesheets, and manage database and Contract management
Our client is a Healthcare Placement solution that provides healthcare staffing and services for medical professionals across Australia and New Zealand, among others.
**In this position, you will be**:
- Ensures the Timesheets are uploaded
- In charge of the first stage of timesheet processing through Eclipse
- Checking all information that is available and correct within the contracts using Eclipse
- Ensure all expense information is there & attached
- Will do Checking of flights, cars, and accommodation and make sure invoices are on the system and in the right place
- Will be Chasing aged debt for the business
**Skills and qualifications required**:
- Must have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Must have Experience in Payroll Management
- Must have Experience with Xero
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting or equivalent
- Experience in Data import and organization
- Must be Organized & Keen on details
- Proficient in Office Suite
- Good Communication Skills
- Working in a Fast-Paced environment/BPO Set-up is an advantage
