Payment Processing Analyst

Job Responsibilities:
- Prepares source data for computer entry by compiling and sorting information;
establishing entry priorities.
- Approving deposit and withdraw, and check the bank balance, and input data on
computer.
- Maintains data entry requirements by following data program techniques and
procedures.
Secure information by completing data base backups.Maintains operations by following policies and procedures.Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.Handle daily payment-related reports and ensure that all tasks performed are in
line with the set internal processes and procedures.
- Liaise with 3rd party service providers in order to solve payment processing
issues and provide a high level of service.
- Respond to all payments-related queries sent through the different
communication channels, ensuring that provided information is true and
accurate.

Qualifications: Computer LiterateKnows how to use basic MS office functionsGood communication skills in English both written and oralHas good working attitude
