Payment Processing Analyst

Job Responsibilities:
- Prepares source data for computer entry by compiling and sorting information;
establishing entry priorities.
- Approving deposit and withdraw, and check the bank balance, and input data on
computer.
- Maintains data entry requirements by following data program techniques and
procedures.
- Secure information by completing data base backups.
- Maintains operations by following policies and procedures.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Handle daily payment-related reports and ensure that all tasks performed are in
line with the set internal processes and procedures.
- Liaise with 3rd party service providers in order to solve payment processing
issues and provide a high level of service.
- Respond to all payments-related queries sent through the different
communication channels, ensuring that provided information is true and
accurate.

Qualifications:
- Computer Literate
- Knows how to use basic MS office functions
- Good communication skills in English both written and oral
- Has good working attitude
